Bane was a Belgian Malinois born in the Netherlands on February 2nd, 2015. His original name was Blazer. He came with Dutch commands, but also learned German and English. He was trilingual (or understood three languages)! His big brother, Titan, was also a Phoenix Police K9 and Bane wanted to follow in his footsteps. He also had two big doggy sisters named Riley and Roxy. He loved to snuggle on the couch with his mom and slept right on top of his dad to protect him.
Bane had 30 finds, 10 bites, 2 drug arrests and found the bad guy that shot a Glendale Police Department Sergeant. Bane's life was taken on April 4th, 2018. The suspect that was responsible for his death was sentenced to 25 3/4 years and 6 1/2 of those years were for the death of Bane.
